A "Fishing Jars" Company

Rocky Mountain Jar, LLC primarily is a company which services and rents "Fishing Jars" to the oil and natural gas operating companies. "Fishing Jars" are specialized hydrostatically pressurized tools used to repair and remove objects lodged in the oil and gas wellbores. The Company extracts the objects and repairs and refurbishes damaged oil and gas drilling and wellbore equipment. Damaged wellbore equipment consists of tubing, casings, pumps, and other equipment pertaining to new and used natural gas and oil wellbores. This recover and repair procedure is referred to as “Oil Fishing”

Offering Proposal

The Company is currently seeking capital and plans to use the proceeds of such offering to expand the operations of the Company and lease these Fishing Jars to oil and natural gas operators in the Great Basin region of eastern Utah, western Colorado, western Wyoming, and New Mexico. This area has one of the largest natural gas reserves in the United States. The company also plans to use a portion of the proceeds for restructuring and retiring debt.
