Product and Development

The Company plans to purchase additional Fishing Jars for rent to Oil Fishing companies servicing oil and natural gas production facilities. These Fishing Jars are used to repair objects stuck in the oil and/or gas wellbores. Mr. Slaugh has a long-standing relationship with Logan Oil Tools (Logan) www.loganoiltools.com. The main tool is called "the Logan Superior Hydraulic Fishing Jar". It is a straight pull, up only, jarring tool that utilizes a special valve section to meter oil from one side of the piston to the other side. This allows for controlled jarring action during a stuck fish recovery. The jarring blow is infinitely adjustable down hole during the jarring operation without any rig floor adjustments being required prior to the run. This jar has a re-cocking cycle, which requires only enough loads to overcome friction. This re-cocking load allows the operator to hit a series of very rapid blows if needed to free the fish. The jars are hydrostatically pressure balanced and provide maximum inside diameters for passage of wireline tools.

The Company will resume its strategic plan to purchase additional jars from Logan. Throughout the last two years, the companies jar rental service has been concentrated with four or five Oil Fishing companies. These companies have had relationships with the operational Managing Members of Rocky Mountain Jar. The expansion plans will be to focus on pre-identified Oil Fishing customers allowing the company to control its growth. The fundamental keys to the success of the Company are to provide superior service and controlled growth.
